The first in a series of talks by local Art Historian Lana Welch focussing on art, the home and family life. Lana has an M.A. in Art History and vast experience of delivering entertaining and thought-provoking talks.
This first talk looks at the role of food and dining within art and specifically at the significant role that food and gastronomy played in the work of the Impressionists. Perhaps you could even try a cake from Monet’s recipe book?
