Junior Youth Theatre (7-11 year olds)

The Number 8 Youth Theatre comprises of weekly classes culminating in small-scale performances/sharings.

A professional youth theatre leader isemployed to lead the artistic vision of the three groups in response to the ambitions of its members. The weekly sessions will concentrate on creating unique pieces of theatre through drama games, devising skills and acting training. It will be of interest to any young person keen on drama, with oodles of creativity and has something to say!

Classes are held every Monday or Wednesday during term time in the Courtyard Room at Number 8. Junior groups are for 7-11 year olds and Senior groups for 12+ year olds. Places are filled on a first come first served basis. We do also run Waiting Lists where necessary.

Mondays - 4.30pm - 6.00pm Junior £40 (term fee)

Wednesdays - 4.45pm - 6.15pm Junior £40 (term fee)

Wednesdays - 6.30pm - 8.00pm Senior £50 (term fee)

There will be a termly fee payable in advance of each term. If children and young people no longer wish to attend the Youth Theatre we ask that a half terms notice is given.
