'Pershore People' - Pershore Heritage Centre

Wednesday 6th October to Tuesday 26th October
This display focuses on some of the people of Pershore’s past, many of whom were ordinary folk who through circumstance lived extraordinary lives.  The items exhibited will relate to various individuals, from members of the Perrott and Beford families to the Reverend John Ash. Other fascinating individuals represented in the exhibition include the Pershore citizen who fled for America following the Civil War, a first footer transported to Australia and a storyteller who garnered international acclaim.
