Michael Caine stars as Harry Brown, a widower in his 70s who lives in a council flat on a rough housing estate and is on medication for his emphysema. When his only friend, Len (David Bradley), is killed by drug dealers, Harry rediscovers a forgotten part of himself. A former Royal Marine and Northern Ireland veteran he puts his military experience to use in a violent revenge campaign against the gang.
