Jonathan Pitts - 'Beside the Avon'

Following the River Avon from Stratford to Tewkesbury, this exhibition takes the viewer on a journey through the beautiful surroundings and historical landmarks.  ‘I make the paintings outside.  Plein air paintings allows me to make a direct visual response, I react instinctively to the environment.'

Open Exhibition - 'Innate Ability IV'

Building on the success of the last three years Number 8 is running another Open Exhibition. Artists are able to submit up to 2 pictures in any 2D media.

Hazel Green - 'Surroundings'

Thursday 19th June to Tuesday 8th July

‘Surroundings' is an exhibition of images from around Worcester and the Vale of Evesham from a photographer who explores textures, patterns and colours in unexpected places.

Humph Hack - 'The Grand Tour'

Thursday 10th July to Tuesday 29th July

Since retirement from teaching, the artist and his wife have emulated 'The Grand Tour' of previous generations - collecting material for the paintings in this exhibition.  There are images of buildings from many European towns and cities including some from Worcestershire.
