Carnival Open Day

Join us at Number 8 on Carnival Day!
To celebrate Carnival 2009 we will be opening up the whole of the building, providing free entertainment and hosting workshops. With free Art Workshops hosted by local artists from Wychavon Area Network of Artists (WANA), an opportunity to see behind the scenes and learn about theatre lighting and sound, free short film screenings and an opportunity to relax in the Coffee Bar with an array of scrumptious cakes on sale.
Number 8 has already been spreading the carnival atmosphere through local villages with a series of workshops for children and young people led by WANA. The workshops culminated in the creation of a large banner which will be on display on Carnival Day and exhibited alongside the WANA exhibition which runs from 14th May – 3rd June 2009.
