Pershore Heritage Centre - 'Victorian Pershore'

Whilst Pershore is known nationally as a Georgian town of great importance, each age has obviously left its mark.  During the sixty-four years of Victoria's reign, Pershore, along with almost everywhere else in the country, expanded and progressed, probably as never before.

If you would like the opportunity to increase flexibility, build strength and learn dance sequences to music from the past and present, look no further.  Our Chance to Dance courses are still going from strength to strength and we are now booking for the Autumn term with an extra class running on Tuesdays.

Worcestershire Camera Club

The Worcestershire Camera Club staged a very successful exhibition at Number 8 in 2006, and are once again exhibiting current work from members of this long established club. The Club members embrace all aspects of photography to produce their images, whether this is by traditional methods, by using the latest digital technology or a fusion of the two.

Let's Get Lost (15)

Friday 17th October to Saturday 18th October
Originally planned as a three minute short film, Let's Get Lost transformed into a full length biopic of jazz trumpeter Chet Baker as director Bruce Webber developed a relationship with Baker and the brilliant but troubled musician opened up to him more and more about his extraordinary life.  This film is a fascinating insight into celebrity, personal magnetism and the darker side of fame as well as being a compelling look at the tragic interaction between creativity and drug addiction.Event details »

The year is 2700, a robot called Wall-E has spent hundreds of lonely years doing what he was made for. Now Wall-E (short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter - Earth Class) discovers a new purpose in life when he meets a sleek search robot called Eve.
