With the driving pulse of double bass, the rhythm of gypsy jazz guitar, and dazzling lead lines on both arch-top and Selmer-style guitars, the trio draw inspiration from masters such as Django Reinhardt, Wes Montgomery, and George Barnes. Their sound conjures the bohemian promenades of 1940s Paris as much as the fireside sessions of gypsy camps beyond the city.  Originally from Australia, guitarist Caley Groves has been a fixture on the UK jazz and gypsy jazz scene for over a decade. He has performed with leading artists including Gary Potter, Ben Holder, Remi Harris, Jonny Kerry, Paulus Schäfer, and Jamie Cullum. Career highlights include the Montreal Jazz Festival and the 2016 BBC Proms with Jamie Cullum.
