Our Dame Maggie-Smith series continues with an opportunity to enjoy this warm-hearted drama on the big screen.

At a home for retired musicians, plans for the annual concert to celebrate Verdi’s birthday are disrupted by the arrival of Jean (Smith), a once-popular opera singer – and eternal diva! Jean’s ex-husband (Tom Courtenay) still stings from her past infidelity but the other residents try to convince Jean to join them in a performance of Rigoletto. Also starring Billy Connolly, Pauline Collins, Michael Gambon and Sheridan Smith.
