An exercise-based dance class for those age 55+. Learn fun
routines to music from the past and present in energetic classes that will
increase flexibility, build strength and maintain fitness. These classes are a
great opportunity to dance and meet new friends, as well as a fun way to keep
fit!
Led by Amie Morgan.
No previous dance experience is necessary. Please wear loose
comfortable clothing and pumps or trainers. Before booking please consult
your doctor if you have concerns regarding your fitness to participate.
Weekly classes running on
Fridays for 11 week term starting Friday 2 May – Friday 18 July inclusive (no
class Friday 30 May)
