Creating and exhibiting artworks in both the UK and Spain, spending equal time across both countries. He has built a large collection of work based on themes of elemental forces within nature.
His evocative images are an intuitive and sensory reaction to the natural environments of both Spain and the UK. He has an exuberant and vibrant use of colour combined with vigorous mark-making. He pours overlapping colours, scraping and scratching into the painted surface, pigments to create a visceral and unique quality. His most recent works are predominantly abstract and include sewing segments of canvas together to create new energies and challenges.
