Summer 2024 Season Launches at Number 8

Number 8’s new season has been announced with sold-out performances of Pershore Operatic Society’s production of the musical Priscilla: Queen of the Desert. Booking is open now for a varied line-up of events over the summer including one-woman theatre production ‘Flo’ Smith – Now & Then, a concert from Pasadena Roof Orchestra, Pershore Jazz on a Summer’s Day, Foyer Folk evenings, and event cinema screenings of Titanic: The Musical, 42nd Street The Musical and André Rieu’s 2024 Maastricht Concert.

Films over the summer include a host of upcoming releases such as The Bikeriders, Anthony Hopkins and Matthew Goode in Freud’s Last Session, action comedy The Fall Guy, and the western The Dead Don’t Hurt. Foreign language films include, The Origin of Evil, Perfect Days, Rosalie, Àma Gloria and The Nature of Love.

For those looking for activities to take part in there’s a Pop Up Painting: Pablo Picasso workshop, Chance to Dance and Gentle Chance to Dance workshops. Plus, free activities in The Foyer including Sip & Sketch afternoons and Sing-Alongs alongside gallery and craft exhibitions.

Families audiences are in for a treat too with the theatre production Woodland Tales with Granddad, a Minions & Movers Dance Workshop and holiday screenings of Butterfly Tale, Inside Out 2, IF, The Garfield Movie, and Despicable Me 4.
